Terms and Conditions

This policy applies to all products purchased from Cabinet Jewels.

Definitions

  • Company: Jasper Industrial Supply, Inc. (referred to as "we," "us," or "our")
  • Goods: Items offered for sale on our website
  • Order: A request to purchase Goods from us
  • Service: Our website

  • You: The individual or legal entity accessing the Service

Returns Program

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Goods were purchased within the last 30 days from our website.
  • Goods were purchased at regular price (some exclusions apply).
  • Items are in new, unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.
  • For any opened goods, there must not be any scratches, dents or signs of installation
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is included.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Special order Goods that are discontinued.
  • Goods that have been tampered with or improperly opened.
  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • Goods that have been opened, handled and are no longer in sellable condition as new

Note: We only replace Goods that are defective or damaged.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by:
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, securely package your Goods with the return form included.
  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. Refunds or exchanges cannot be issued without proof of return delivery.

Make sure to ship the Goods within 30 days of receipt.

Refunds

Certain situations may result in partial refunds:

  • Goods not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Returns submitted more than 30 days after the receipt date.
  • Returns where we determine you should have covered the return shipping costs.
  • Some Goods may incur a restocking fee of up to 100% depending on the condition of goods upon return.

If your return is approved, please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for your Order, and you will receive an email notification once processed.

Late or Missing Refunds
