Our goal is to ensure you receive your order promptly while experiencing the highest level of customer satisfaction. Below are the terms and conditions that govern our shipping policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed, so we encourage you to allow for additional transit time. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Continental United States
- Enjoy FREE ground shipping on all domestic orders in the contiguous U.S.
- All Express or Expedited shipping charges will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times by Shipping Method
- Standard: 3-5 business days
- Expedited: 2-3 business days (availability may vary based on items)
- Overnight: 1-2 business days (available only within the continental U.S.)
- LTL Delivery: 7-10 business days
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges. To place these orders, please contact our customer service at 812-639-6041 or info@cabinetjewels.com. We reserve the right to apply additional shipping charges if our customer service team is not consulted beforehand.
Shipping Cutoff Times
- Ground shipping orders placed by 2 PM ET are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will typically ship the following business day.
- Overnight and 2-Day Shipping orders must be placed by 12 PM ET to ship the same day; orders received after this time will ship the next business day.
Shipping Restrictions
CabinetJewels.com ships to addresses within the U.S., but we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for all delivery costs to resend your order. We are not liable for lost packages caused by address errors supplied at checkout.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information. Tracking numbers become active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CabinetJewels.com is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes associated with your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is deemed lost if it has not been received within 15 business days. We cannot accept responsibility for delays incurred by the courier, and replacements will not be dispatched until this time has elapsed.
Damages or Missing Items
In the event of damage during shipment, please file a claim with the carrier. Contact our customer service team, and we will assist you in the process. Be sure to save all packaging materials and take clear photos of any damage. For missing parts, refer to your parts list, circle the missing items, and photograph the shipping label. Please send all information to info@cabinetjewels.com to initiate your claim.
International Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the United States.
