On a pull, center-to-center is the distance from the middle of one screw hole to the middle of the next — and it is published right on the page, in both imperial and metric. Match it and new hardware drops straight into the holes already drilled in your doors. A knob takes a single fixing, so the measurement simply doesn't apply.

Q How do I know a pull will fit the holes already drilled in my doors?

Measure center-to-center — from the middle of one screw hole to the middle of the next. Every pull and appliance pull publishes that dimension on its page, in both imperial and metric, so you can match an existing drill pattern exactly instead of re-boring doors. Knobs take a single fixing, so they carry no center-to-center measurement.

Q If I order knobs and pulls separately, will the finishes actually match?

Within a series, yes — a series is designed so its knob, pull and appliance pull can be ordered in the same finish. Across different makers, treat finish names as separate: each brand names and plates its own, so one brand's Satin Nickel is not guaranteed to read identically to another's. Staying inside one series is the reliable way to match.

Q What if I order the wrong center-to-center size?

Talk to us before you order a full run — send the measurement and we will confirm it against the piece's published dimension first. It is a much shorter conversation than a return. If something does need to come back, our return policy covers the terms.

Q Can I get a piece in a finish I don't see on its page?

Each series is offered in its own set of finishes, so the finish menu on a product page is the authoritative list for that piece. If the finish you want isn't there, ask — we can tell you which series in that style do carry it.
